Lava Network is a permissionless, decentralized infrastructure protocol that provides robust, scalable access to blockchain data via a global marketplace of independent RPC and API providers. Developers, wallets, AI agents, and applications (“consumers”) connect through Lava’s modular access layer to reliably query and submit transactions across supported blockchains, while node operators (“providers”) stake LAVA tokens to serve requests and earn rewards. Built on a Cosmos-SDK blockchain, Lava’s architecture matches traffic to top-performing providers, delivering high uptime, low latency, censorship resistance, and efficient data access across 30+ chains, with extensibility toward richer APIs like indexing and subgraphs.
